The Heart of Cacao, Without Compromise: Guatemala, with its ancient lands, hides cacao of exceptional depth. I chose this ancestral cocoa, not only for its unmistakable personality, but for the opportunity to express its essence in a formula with little sugar, preserving all its intensity.
A Personal Creation, From Plantation to Tablet: I walked through the rows of Guatemalan cacao, feeling every bean, every aroma. Production, from fermentation to roasting, was a symphony of carefully choreographed steps, where sugar reduction was an integral part of my artistic vision.
