Je connais Sora (le pr\u00e9sident de la coop\u00e9rative de Chuao) depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et m\u00eame si son neveu dirige aujourd&#8217;hui la coop\u00e9rative, ils ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 les gardiens du savoir sur la mani\u00e8re de manipuler le cacao. Je ne sais pas si c&#8217;est vraiment le meilleur, mais il est certainement unique.
