Comme vous le savez, je ne crois pas \u00e0 ces classements car le meilleur n&#8217;existe pas, mais ce cacao est de la meilleure vari\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et trait\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ma philosophie. C&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#8217;ils ont ferment\u00e9 le temps n\u00e9cessaire, soit 7 jours, dans des caisses en bois impeccables. Bien s\u00e9ch\u00e9 en une semaine et conserv\u00e9 au frais.
