Un homme d&#8217;une grande culture et d&#8217;une grande connaissance gastronomique. Un homme de style et de franchise qui d\u00e9daignait les solutions faciles et les astuces. World Cuisine perd l&#8217;un des plus grands interpr\u00e8tes de la culture gastronomique. Je lui dois des remerciements pour tous les conseils et enseignements qu&#8217;il m&#8217;a donn\u00e9s en plus de 30 ans de connaissances. Nous n&#8217;\u00e9tions pas des amis proches, mais je l&#8217;estimais et il m&#8217;a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 sa reconnaissance \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.
