Un hombre de gran cultura y conocimientos gastron\u00f3micos. Un hombre de estilo y franqueza que desde\u00f1aba las soluciones f\u00e1ciles y los trucos ingeniosos. La cocina mundial pierde a uno de los mayores int\u00e9rpretes de la cultura gastron\u00f3mica. Le debo las gracias por todos los consejos y ense\u00f1anzas que me ha dado en m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de conocimiento. No \u00e9ramos amigos \u00edntimos, pero yo le estimaba y \u00e9l me demostr\u00f3 repetidamente su aprecio.
