Dir\u00eda que la \u00fanica forma de descubrir los mejores tesoros escondidos del mundo es moverse y visitar personas de nobles principios.<\/p>\n<p>Para el cacao de esta temporada los protagonistas son dos. Massimo PIncay de la Regi\u00f3n de Esmeralda! (Ecuador) A quien visit\u00e9 el 21 de diciembre de 2016 y de quien recib\u00ed su cacao a finales de abril de 2017. Con ese cacao en particular cubr\u00ed los dulces bombones de esta caja.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Maximilian<\/span> ha realizado un trabajo incre\u00edble en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, yendo en contra de sus competidores o colegas, eligi\u00f3 seleccionar las mejores variedades de cacao de su regi\u00f3n e hizo una plantacion experimental con sus semillas. Luego, escoge alrededor de la regi\u00f3n las frutas m\u00e1s f\u00e9rtiles y m\u00e1s fragantes y <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">saludables<\/span>. Propagando ese material gen\u00e9tico con el injerto en las cepas sembradas, pudo descubrir que la fila 12 era la que m\u00e1s correspond\u00eda a los criterios necesarios para sobrevivir con el cacao. Este patrimonio gen\u00e9tico, combinado con la gran laboriosidad de su mujer, han permitido que <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Maximilian<\/span> se convierta en una referencia para el \u00e1rea de Esmeralda, y sobre todo para convertirse en mi proveedor oficial.
