This crucial step reveals and amplifies the aromatic notes of the cocoa, and gives the chocolate the depth and character that only custom roasting can provide.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Extra Bitter, Pure Intensity:<\/strong> This tablet is not for the faint of heart.
